Just because you&#039;re in personal bankruptcy should not have any effect upon a C corp in which you&#039;re a shareholder; the two are completely separate legal entities: you and the company you invested in.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
