I have several electronics that have service policies for a few more years. Will they still repair/replace?
From what I have read, the service policies through CC were underwritten by a third party, kind of like an insurance policy. Check the service policy information you received when you signed up for it and it should have the name of the company it was written through. You can then contact them directly to resolve any problems you might have. You might even call the circuit city store and ask them.
