i paid $150.00 for a gift card for a golf place for my husband for christmas, and when we tried to redeem it, we were informed the company was going to be filing for bankruptcy via their website, and i cant get a hold of a person, how can i get my money back?

Sadly, you can forget about getting your money back.
Companies filing for bankruptcy are protected from collectors.
If the company has not closed their doors officially, you still
should be able to use the gift card to buy something from the
website. Go shopping now, before you lose that option as well.
