<description>How long after I file bankruptcy can my divorce be finalized?
How long after I and my soon to be ex-wife file the chapter 7 bankruptcy can i finalize my divorce from her? We both agree to the bankruptcy and the divorce, so can we get the divorce done before the Bankruptcy is 100% finalized?

		<description>Bankruptcy?
I was just wondering what is the difference between Chapter 7, 10 &amp; 13 bankruptcies. How did the new law that Bush passed now affect bankruptcies (or does it at all)? I&#039;ve heard everything that you can&#039;t file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy anymore to you have to take financial planning classes thereafter. Also, is it advisable at all? I know normally people say make it your last resort, but I am beyond in debt and do not have any other resolutions. Any horror stories after filing? Any positive stories? Please enlighten me.
thanks!

<description>Bankruptcy rules and foreclosing on a house?
I live in Nevada. My husband and I are talking about foreclosing on our house. It is approximately $150,000 upside down. It will never recover. The neighbors are moving and soon we feel that our little neighborhood will be gone. So, we are considering jumping ship too. I heard that in Nevada, the banks have 7 years to come after you for the difference of your loan versus what they get at auction. Is that true? Do we need to claim bankruptcy to avoid this? How long after can we buy another house?

<description>How to file Bankruptcy and is it recommended?
How does one file Bankruptcy after job loss and stuck with a foreclosed home and repo&#039;d automobile? Is this a long process and is it recommended? What are the key negative points if one chooses this route? Thank you!
Also, how likely is it that a broke jobless person will get sued and have wages garnished and bank accounts seized due to owing on a repo&#039;d car?

		<description>Claiming Bankruptcy?
I want to claim Bankruptcy but I was told the judge will make me payback all my debt with my income tax return, but I was planning on using the money to hire my lawyer to do the proceedings. Can someone let me know if this true and what is the process for filing bankrupt?
