I am trying to do my own bankruptcy but I keep running into sites that get my information then I get this phone call from lawyers. I want to file myself and all I need is a website that shows me how and what to file. Do anybody know where I can go online to get instructions on how to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy?
Filing for bankruptcy under either Chpt 7 or 13 is complicated. There is no set method or standards to file pro se (without legal council). This is due to the individual state laws that vary on what you can discharge and can not, also the states income guidelines.
