I had a chapter 13 bankruptcy dismiss for missing a deadline, I have prepared a motion to reconsider dismissal but I am unsure of the deadline in federal court – is it 30 days from the day the case was dismissed?
I'd ask my lawyer this question, rather than Yahoo Answers where you often get wrong answers – especially if I'd already missed one deadline!
