Number one: there is no draft
Number two: He’s been kicked out, no service will ever take him back.

Since he’s “been there, done that, and it didn’t work” then no, they would not draft him. He might get “selected” but once he got to the processing center they would see his file and say good bye.

They kicked him out. If there was a draft, which THERE IS NOT, he would be excluded………

If he's been kicked out (Chapter 11) then he's been deemed unfit to serve. Why on earth would they bring him back?
