With the new bankruptcy laws, can a couple file it n still keep their house n car n other bills?

My wife n I are on disability. Our house is worth $64,000 n we owe $61,350 on it.

if you want to keep everything including your bills why would you want to file!!! just downsize you life and get out of debt!!!
