are undischarged bankrupts allowed to emigrate, or even when they have become discharged?
i might like to add, that if i went bankrupt, i wouldn't actually emigrate. i was asking a serious question, for once in my life, lol. i actually like the country i live in.
If they do, it will be some time before it becomes law. Bankruptcy for individuals was made more difficult and more onerous several years ago, I don't see any changes coming in the short term
