Could i discharge back income taxes on a bankruptcy chapter 7?

I’m filing chapter 7 bankruptcy and owe some back income taxes from 2001,2002 and 2003, was wondering if i could add them to my bankruptcy. Thanks

Actually, yes you may be able to if your tax debts meet the following criteria:

* The due date for filing a tax return is at least three years ago.
* The tax return was filed at least two years ago.
* The tax assessment is at least 240 days old.
* The tax return was not fraudulent.
* The taxpayer is not guilty of tax evasion.

Please see here for more information:

Does Chapter 13 Bankruptcy make it harder to get a job?

If I lose my present job.Do employers look down on people who have filed chapter 13 bankruptcy? And is it harder to find employment.

yes this can hurt employment depending on the job you are going for. if it is an entry level position than probably not but if your looking for a really good job they will check your credit most likely and they will find that you filed for bankruptcy.

Poll: If blockbuster goes bankrupt, how much will it change your life?

If you haven’t heard, blockbuster announced that they may be going bankrupt. Idk about you, but I go there a lot, and idk where else I would get movies. How would it affect you if they do go bankrupt?

It would affect me greatly. I heard about some of their stores closing around here, and I meant to check them out, and get some movies for only $2.

I will be watching, and I will buy a whole lot of them. It will change my life by adding to my movie library. I am making room as I am posting…..lol

Final Fantasy 13 – Chapter 11 Gran Pulse: Do you get a map or are you able to see where you’ve been?

I am in chapter 11, and I am doing the C’eith stone missions. I noticed that you can only see a small portion of the map at each time in a radius around you, and you can’t see the map where you’ve been (like you could in FF12). Do you get a map to see all of Gran Pulse or the parts where you have already been? I would like to keep track!

Thanks for any help.

you can press the L1 and R1 buttons to scroll through maps, but because its so huge, there isnt a single map with everything on it ! Places where you havn’t been will be shrouded, but anywhere you have been will be clearly visible on the map !

On Final Fantasy 13 chapter 11, can I come back to it if I go pass the storyline?

I want to move towards the storyline, but want to still do side missions later. I was wondering if I move pass chapter 11 will I be able to come back prior to beating the game and level up my characters?

At the start of chapter 13 you’re allowed to go back and once you beat the game you are also allowed to go back. Beating the game unlocks a 10th tier of the crystalarium FYI.

can you trade a vehicle that is included in on a chapter 13 bankruptcy?

I have a 99 expediton that has a blown spark plug for a second time and i need reliable transport. It is not owned free and clear and is included in on my chapter 13 bankruptcy. I need to know if I can trade it off for more reliable transport?

You must get permission from the "referee" of your bankruptcy filing – check with the court and ask the bailiff if the Judge has named a "referee" for your filing. Its not normal that your vehicle was not taken for the amount owed on it. In any event is not yours to trade – and if the court granted this vehicle to you for transportation – you still need the pink on it in order to sell it or trade it. When you drive/tow your vehicle in to a lot to effect a down payment or trade on another vehicle, they first thing they’ll be doing is calling the "legal owner" listed on the registration – that will be the loan company – the loan company will explain the circumstances of your loan (its unpaid) and an outstanding amount must be paid in order to clear the title – then the new auto dealer will affirm or deny the amount based on your credit worthiness – how do you think you’ll rate?

Since AIG is going bankrupt, how will this affect Man Utd?

Curious..

It won’t.

They are only the shirt sponsors, not the proprietors. United will not have much trouble in finding new sponsors.

Whether other supporters like it or not. I’ve no comment to make other than that.

How many Canadians have gone bankrupt because of medical costs since 1967?

Is the correct answer none?

How unfair is that?

Is their second rate health care just cheaper all around?
Bill: Canadians have the second largest force in Afghanistan
Canadians pay about 10-15% more in taxes than Americans. Without you healthcare deductions, Americans would in-fact have more take home pay.

Canadians pay about half what Americans pay for health care, for about the same care, the same outcomes, and BETTER customer satisfaction. But Canadians are generally healthier than Americans, and this is probably more complicated than just their health care system.

When American conservatives say the Canadian health care system is ‘bankrupt’ what they mean is that private insurance companies don’t make as much profit. We Americans have developed a twisted concept of capitalism. In Canada, and much of the rest of the world, the pursuit of profit is only a means to an end, the end being raising the standard of living of the middle class. But in the US, profit and return on investment is not the means to an end, it is the end in itself. Profits for owners and investors are the highest value, the first priority, even if it means most people do worse over time. When American conservatives and Republicans brag that we have the best health care system in the world, what they mean is that it produces the most profits of any system in the world, which is true.

Republicans today are feeling very desperate, so they are ramping up the rhetoric. Universal health care, they say, is ’socialistic’, even ‘communistic’. Plus they feel justified in lying, and in repeating these lies over and over even long after they’ve been discredited. For instance, I keep hearing from my American friends that if you are on kidney dialysis in Canada, you get cut off at age 70 and you have to just go home and die. Or that tens of thousands of Canadians die every year for lack of some desperately needed medical attention. It’s no good telling them this isn’t true, they just desperately want to believe it. It’s gotten to the point where truth simply doesn’t matter to these people.
